BP "MAGICAL MOVIES" GAME
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING A PRIZE. Void in MD, NJ and VA, outside the remaining States and D.C. and where prohibited.
The BP “Magical Movies” Game (the “Game”) consists of an Instant-Win Game (“Instant Game”) and three monthly random draw Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), as described more fully in these Official Rules. Official Game Cards (“Game Cards”) for the Instant Game are available (while supplies last) at participating BP stations and by mail request (see details below) during the Instant Game Period (defined below). The Game is sponsored by BP Products North America Inc. (“BP”), 28100 Torch Parkway, Warrenville, IL 60555 (“Sponsor”). HOW TO OBTAIN GAME CARDS FOR THE INSTANT GAME. The Instant Game will start on or about July 2, 2008 and is scheduled to end on September 30, 2008, or when Game Card supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first (“Instant Game Period”). A. IN BP STATIONS.   Get One (1) Game Card with the purchase of a minimum of five (5) gallons of any grade of gasoline at a participating BP station during the Promotion Period by presenting your receipt for qualifying purchase at the pump to the cashier at time of purchase or when paying for purchase of a minimum of five (5) gallons of any grade of gasoline at cash register. LIMIT: One (1) Game Card per qualifying transaction per visit. For purposes of the Game, a “visit” shall be defined as any visit to a participating BP station within the same two (2) hour period. B. WITHOUT PURCHASE BY MAIL. To get one (1) free Game Card, while Game Card supplies last, and a copy of the Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, postage-stamped #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: BP “Magical Movies” Game Official Game Card Request, P.O. Box 1288, Elmhurst, IL, 60126-1288. Vermont residents submitting requests from the State of Vermont may omit return postage. DO NOT SEND ANY PRIZE CLAIMS OR OTHER CORRESPONDENCE TO THIS ADDRESS. Write-in requests must be postmarked by September 30, 2008, and received by October 7, 2008. LIMIT: You may make as many Game Card requests as you wish by mail, but only one (1) request (yielding 1 Game Card) is allowed per postmarked outer mailing envelope. Typed, computer-generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced outer envelopes/requests are NOT allowed.
1.   HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT GAME. Carefully scratch off the Play Area on the Game Card. If the word “WINNER!” and a prize description appear, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification and compliance with these rules.
2.   INSTANT GAME PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV")/ODDS OF WINNING. The below stated Instant Game Information and odds are based on the total approximate number of Game Cards printed as of May 8, 2008. Total approximate number of Game Cards printed for distribution is 12,500,000. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all available Instant Game Prizes is $1,185,000. LIMIT: One (1) prize per person or household for prize categories A-B (described below).
A. Three (3) Grand Prizes will be available:
One (1) Pixar Animation Studios Tour. The prize consists of a trip for four (4) to Emeryville, CA to tour Pixar Animation Studios, and includes the following: Round-trip airfare for winner and three (3) guests from major airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Oakland, CA; five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy in two (2) rooms; each room must have at least one (1) person eighteen (18) years or older); car rental while in Oakland/Emeryville (subject to driver’s eligibility), an escorted tour of Pixar Animation Studios, two (2) “DISNEY·PIXAR WALL·E” themed Gift Baskets and $10,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value: $20,000. Odds: 1:12,500,000.
One (1) Trip to Mexico. This prize consists of a trip for four (4) to Mexico, and includes the following: Round-trip airfare for winner and three (3) guests from major airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; eight (8) days/seven (7) nights hotel suite accommodations for four (4) at the Villa la Estancia Nuevo Vallarta (subject to availability); ground transportation to/from airport in Mexico; two “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” themed Gift Baskets and $4,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value: $20,000. Odds 1: 12,500,000.
One (1) Movie Premiere Event. This prize consists of a trip for four (4) to a city to be determined by the Sponsor to attend a Movie Premiere Event and includes the following: Round-trip airfare for winner and three (3) guests from major airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to city (as determined by Sponsor); five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy in two (2) rooms; each room must have at least one (1) person eighteen (18) years or older; car rental while in city of the Movie Premiere (subject to driver’s eligibility), four (4) tickets to a Movie Premiere, to be determined by Sponsor, two (2) “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” themed Gift Baskets and $10,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value: $20,000. Odds: 1: 12,500,000.
For all Trip Prizes:
Travel must be booked through travel agency designated by Sponsor and must be completed by July 2, 2009. Each Grand Prize winner must participate in his/her entire trip. Travel companions of each winner must be of the legal age of majority in the states in which they reside; however, a travel companion may be a minor if the winner is such companion’s parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Travel companions will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. If a travel companion is an eligible minor, in accordance with these Official Rules, then his/her parent/legal guardian must execute such documents on his/her behalf. Telephone calls, travel documents, gratuities, personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility solely of winners and their travel companions. Grand Prize winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents, including passports. Airlines, hotels and other suppliers selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate retail value of prize is based, in part, on sample airfares as of March 31, 2008. (Actual value may vary based on point of departure and/or fare fluctuations, and any difference between stated approximate value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.) Trip prizes (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, rescheduled to dates not within the trip period set forth above or refunded and are not redeemable for cash. Elements of trip prizes are subject to certain restrictions and subject to change. Availability of tours or events is subject to change without notice. Some meals, tours or events may be separately ticketed. If any trip tickets, vouchers or certificates are lost or destroyed, they will not be replaced.
B. Five Hundred (500) First Prizes: Five Hundred (500) First Prizes will be available, each consisting of Four (4) tickets to three (3) separate Disney, Disney·Pixar or Touchstone films, three (3) Hollywood Concession Money™ certificates (each admission certificate is worth $12.00; each concession certificate is worth $25.00) and three (3) movie posters of Sponsor’s choice. The movies tickets will be awarded as Hollywood Movie Money™ certificates. ARV of each First Prize is $250. Odds: 1:25,000. The Hollywood Movie Money™ and Hollywood Concessions Money™ certificates are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by Hollywood Movie Money™. Each Hollywood Movie Money™ certificate is good for one adult admission only. Each Hollywood Concessions Money™ certificate is good for concession only. Certificates are not valid with any other offer and will not be replaced if lost of stolen or if past the expiration date on the certificate. No reproductions will be accepted. No change will be given for Hollywood Movie Money™ certificates however change will be given on Hollywood Concessions Money™ certificates. Both Hollywood Movie Money™ and Hollywood Concessions Money™ certificates expire July 2, 2009. Certificates are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions allowed. C. Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) Second Prizes: Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) Second Prizes will be available, each consisting of a $5 BP Gift Card. The Gift Cards are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by BP and to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. ARV of each prize is $5. Odds: 1:63.
3. HOW TO REDEEM INSTANT GAME PRIZES.
DO NOT SHOW OR GIVE ANY POTENTIAL WINNING OFFICIAL GAME CARD(S) FOR INSTANT PRIZES TO ANY BP STATION EMPLOYEE. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VERIFY OR FULFILL CLAIMS FOR ANY INSTANT PRIZES.
To redeem a potential winning Game Card for any Instant Game prize (categories A-C), sign your full legal name across the original, official Game Card, in ink, and send the original Game Card in an appropriate envelope to BP “Magical Movies” Game Redemption Center, P.O. Box 834, Lombard, IL 60148-0834, along with your first name, last name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime and evening phone numbers and birth date hand-printed on a 3” X 5” piece of paper. DO not enclose more than two (2) prize claims in an envelope. If an envelope contains more than two (2) prize claims, all such prize claims will be disqualified, and the corresponding prizes will not be awarded. Potential winners of the Prizes in categories A-B, and their parents/legal guardians, if potential winners are minors in their states of residence (i.e., under 19 in AL and NE and under 18 in all other U.S. states) are required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within fourteen days of receipt of same. If any prize in categories A, B and C is won by a minor (as defined above), the prize will be awarded in the minor’s behalf to his/her parent/legal guardian in a manner as designated by Sponsor. Failure to provide all required information and signature(s) on the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release may result in forfeiture of rights to be declared a prize winner and/or receive prize. It is recommended that you mail the prize claims for the Grand Prize Trips and the Family Movie Prize Pack Prizes (prize categories A and B, respectively) via Registered or Certified Mail, at your own expense. All other Game Cards (prize category C) may be mailed via US Postal Service. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. It is recommended that you make a photocopy of the official Game Card for your records. All official Game Cards submitted for prize claims must be received by the BP “Magical Movies” Game Redemption Center by November 7, 2008. All official Game Cards submitted for any prize claim are subject to verification.   Sponsor will attempt to contact winners of prizes A and B (if any) by mail with information regarding awarding of their prize within approximately 4-6 weeks after verification of Game Card. Winners of prizes in category C will be shipped their prize by mail or courier, without prior notification, within approximately 6-8 weeks after verification of Game Card. Sponsor is not responsible for prize claims sent to the incorrect redemption address, undeliverable prize claims, claims submitted without sufficient postage, or prize claims submitted in a manner that is not allowed under these rules. All such claims shall be void and ineligible for a prize. With respect to any prizes: Sponsor does not make, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize supplied by a third-party vendor.
4.   HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES. There will be three (3) monthly Sweepstakes drawings – “July Sweepstakes”, “August Sweepstakes” and “September Sweepstakes” – which you may enter during the Promotion Period as follows: Entry into the July Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 A.M. CT on July 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. CT on July 31, 2008 (the “July Sweepstakes Period”). Entry into the August Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 A.M. CT on August 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. CT on August 31, 2008 (“the August Sweepstakes Period”). Entry into the September Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 A.M. CT on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. CT on September 30, 2008 (“the September Sweepstakes Period”). To enter any of the Sweepstakes, visit www.bpmagicalmovies.com during the applicable entry period and accurately complete an official online entry form, as indicated, with your first name, last name, complete address, including zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers, email address and date of birth. You will also be prompted to enter the code that can be found under the designated scratch-off area on a Game Card, or, if you do not have a code, a free code will be provided as part of the entry form. Once official entry form is completed, click on the “Enter Sweepstakes” button and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/ email address per day during each of the Sweepstakes Periods. For each of the monthly Sweepstakes, all entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. CT on the final day of the applicable month, as noted above. Non-winning entries in any of the monthly Sweepstakes will not roll over into the next month’s drawing. If there is a dispute about to whom the email address or entry belongs, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the submitted email address. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry is permitted and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. The use of automated or third party software or web site to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Game.
5. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES/ARV/ODDS. One (1) Grand Prize winner and Two hundred (200) First Prize winners per monthly Sweepstakes will be selected in separate random drawings from all eligible entries received during each Sweepstakes Period described above. Drawings will be conducted by or about the 14th day following the conclusion of each Sweepstakes’ entry period by an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects.
July Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA for a tour of The Walt Disney Studios. The trip will consist of round-trip airfare for winner and three (3) guests from major airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy in two (2) rooms; each room must have at least one (1) person eighteen (18) years of age or older); car rental while in Los Angeles, CA (subject to driver’s eligibility); a guided tour of The Walt Disney Studios; one (1) “DISNEY·PIXAR WALL·E” themed Gift Basket and $10,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value: $20,000.
Two hundred (200) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $50 BP Gift Card. ARV of each prize is $50.
Odds of winning a prize in the July Sweepstakes depend upon total number of eligible entries received for the July Sweepstakes in accordance to these rules.
August Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA for a $10,000 Shopping Spree. The trip will consist of roundtrip airfare for winner and three (3) guests from major airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy in two (2) rooms; each room must have at least one (1) person eighteen (18) years of age or older); car rental while in Los Angeles, CA (subject to driver’s eligibility); one (1) “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” themed Gift Basket and $10,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $20,000.
Two hundred (200) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $50 BP Gift Card. ARV of each prize is $50.
Odds of winning a prize in the August Sweepstakes depend upon total number of eligible entries received for the August Sweepstakes in accordance with these rules.
September Sweepstakes Prizes: One Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Private Movie Screening of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”. The prize will consist of a Private Screening of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” at a local movie theater in the winner’s home town for winner and fifty (50) guests; dinner for winner and guests; round-trip limo transportation for winner and guests from winner’s residence to the movie theater; concessions at the movie theater; a High School Musical CD box set for winner and each guest; one (1) “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” themed Gift Basket for winner and $10,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value of prize: $20,000. Prior to the Private Screening, all guests will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release as a condition of participation in the Grand Prize activities. Minors may attend as guests of Winner provided each such minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as another guest. If a guest is an eligible minor, in accordance with these Official Rules, then his/her parent/legal guardian must execute such documents on his/her behalf.
Two hundred (200) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $50 BP Gift Card. ARV of each prize is $50.
Odds of winning a prize in the September Sweepstakes depend upon total number of eligible entries received for the September Sweepstakes in accordance with these rules.

Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes: $90,000. Limit one monthly Sweepstakes prize per person/household. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners via mail within seven (7) days of each monthly drawing. Potential winners, and their parents/legal guardians, if potential winners are minors in their state of residence (i.e. under 19 in AL and NE and under 18 in all other U.S. states), are required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within fourteen days of receipt of same. If a prize is won by a minor (as defined above), the prize will be awarded in the minor’s behalf to his/her parent/legal guardian in a manner as designated by Sponsor. Failure to provide all required information and signature(s) on the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, or return of prize notification as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of rights to be declared a prize winner and/or receive prize and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining entries in the applicable drawing. Upon verification of eligibility, winners will be notified by mail regarding details of the prize.
Total ARV of all available prizes in this Game (Instant Game and Sweepstakes combined): $1,275,000.
6.   ELIGIBILITY. Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding MD, NJ and VA), 18 years of age or older. Employees of BP, The Walt Disney Company, their parent companies, franchisees, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, promotion or media partners, printer(s) of Game materials, Game material suppliers, and advertising, promotion, and other coordinating agencies involved in this Game, and members of the immediate families (spouse, biological or stepparent, grandparent or step-grandparent, child or step-child, sibling or step-sibling and the spouses of each of the foregoing) regardless of where they live, or households (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing are NOT eligible to participate.
7.   OTHER CONDITIONS. Game materials are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered, or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors, or if they are rendered inoperable due to any type of malfunction, whether technological or otherwise. All Sweepstakes entries and Instant Game materials submitted for prize claims become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due mail, requests, or prize claims. All official Game Cards are subject to verification by the independent judging organization, before any prize is awarded. Decisions of the judging organization are final, binding, and conclusive in all matters relating to this Game. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO FORGE GAME MATERIALS OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GAME MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Participant assumes all risk of loss or damage to, or destruction of, official Game Cards. Liability for official Game Cards containing printing or other errors or for official Game materials that are incomplete, missing, or rendered inoperable due to any type of malfunction or other error, is limited to replacement with one (1) Game Card, while supplies last. No more than the intended number of prizes as outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, more valid prize claims are received than there are prizes at any level as listed in these Official Rules, the intended number of prizes at that level will be awarded through a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received for that prize level. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prizes and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using any prizes, or expenses on receipt and use of prizes are the responsibility solely of the winners unless otherwise provided in these Official Rules. Prizes pictured in point of sale, television or print advertising and in promotional materials and other Game materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary in appearance from the prizes pictured.   Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes or is unavailable for any reason. By accepting a prize, each winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor as defined herein) consents to the use of winner’s name, hometown, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. All potential winners (or their parents or legal guardians, if applicable), by submission of prize claim, acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Walt Disney Company, their franchisees, licensees, dealers, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, media partners, and advertising, promotion, and other coordinating agencies involved in this Game, and all of their respective officers, directors, and employees (“Promotional Parties”) from and against any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with participation in this Game or the use, acceptance, possession or awarding of any prize or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or in connection with any prize-related activity, including any travel related thereto. All prizes will be awarded provided they are properly claimed in accordance with these Rules.
For the Sweepstakes: Promotional Parties are not responsible for (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or (iv) any entries submitted in a manner not expressly allowed under these rules; all such entries will be disqualified. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. The Promotional Parties do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Sweepstakes caused by labor strikes, or any other act, circumstance or other unforeseen event outside of the control of the Promotional Parties. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Game materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
8.   WINNERS LIST. For a list of winners of prizes valued at $50 or more, mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: BP “Magical Movies” Game Winners List, P.O. Box 324, Lombard, IL 60148-0324.    Requests must be received by November 7, 2008. Winners Lists will be sent when the Game/Sweepstakes is over and all properly claimed prizes are awarded.
9.   DISPUTES. By participating in this Game, participant or his/her parent/legal guardian, as applicable agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Game or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Illinois. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with federal law and to the extent not inconsistent, the laws of the State of Illinois.
10. FORCE MAJEURE/APPROVAL AND UNFORSEEN OCCURRENCES. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, as determined by Sponsor or judges in their sole discretion, the Sponsor, may, without prior notice, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor will post notice regarding the termination on the website and award the Sweepstakes prizes in a random drawing from eligible entries received as of the time of termination.
